Dog Profile

Bowie has been with us quite a few months now he was so terrified when he came he would wet himself.

He had been cruelly dumped in the Spanish countryside and was trying to survive.

He made a lot of progress and we got lots of tail wags and he looked so happy but we were still struggling with him still not properly trusting us and getting scared.

What this little man needed was a real life line – we thought we had taken him as far as he could go but kennels are no place to rehabilitate a dog.

He needed a foster home with another dog, somewhere quiet where he could get the one to one care he needed to take that next step and really trust someone.

Then along came his miracle! A forever home!

Bowie now loves the sofa and is starting to trust.

It’s baby steps but he’s improving every day.
