We have another heartwarming update on Nathan, and we couldn’t be happier of the progress he’s making with his amazing family, Paula and Jazz![]()
Nathan recently took a big step forward by joining Paula and Jazz for a Sunday lunch outing, which included a stop at the dog park and a visit to the Trevi Bar. Just six weeks ago, being out and about was still a little daunting for him, but what a difference a loving home and consistent support makes![]()
Another highlight? Nathan had a lovely surprise encounter with our volunteer, Judith. He clearly remembered her, greeting her with a happy wagging tail. Judith was really excited to see him looking so well and happy, and she shared how much she’d missed him.
It’s moments like these that show just how much love and effort has been poured into him.![]()
Paula and Jazz deserve all the credit for giving Nathan the confidence to enjoy days like this. As Paula notes, it’s still one step at a time – he did have one little “WOOF!” moment when a dog walked past the bar, but he recovered quickly and was soaking up all the attention from people.
Meanwhile, Amy enjoyed a relaxing day at home with a big rawhide chew and got lots of attention upon their return. We are all with Paula and Jazz, determined that Amy will be out joining the fun soon enough![]()
Paula and Jazz, everyone at Noah’s are in awe of the amazing job you are doing. Nathan truly looks like a different dog – so happy and confident. You are both doing incredibly well, and we look forward to sharing Amy’s next big milestone.
