Handsome Bruno came into our care alongside another Pointer, believed to be his brother, who has since found a wonderful home and is thriving. Now it is Bruno’s turn to find the happy ending he deserves.

When Bruno arrived, he was in a terrible state – painfully thin and clearly having had a difficult start in life. Thankfully, those days are firmly behind him now. With good food, care and kindness, he has blossomed into a lovely young dog with so much love to give.

Bruno is friendly with both people and other dogs and enjoys canine company. He can be a little shy when meeting new people, but this is simply because he is a sensitive soul who likes to take his time getting to know you. There is not a bad bone in his body.

Give Bruno a little patience and understanding, and once you earn his trust, you’ll discover a big, affectionate, soppy boy who loves being part of the family.

As a young Pointer, Bruno is an active dog who will need a home that can provide plenty of exercise, enrichment and adventure. A secure garden is essential, and he would thrive with people who enjoy an active lifestyle and can help him continue to grow in confidence.

Bruno is now neutered and ready to begin the next chapter of his life. All he needs is a family willing to look beyond his initial shyness and give him the chance to show just what a wonderful companion he can be. We know that special home is out there waiting for him.
