Meet our sweet Podenco girl Amber who was born approximately 2022. She really is a beautiful little soul. Noahs Arc rescued Amber after she was hit by a car earlier this year. She was in a critical condition initially, and her recovery was touch-and-go. But thanks to the dedication of her foster family and the love, care, and encouragement she has received since the accident, Amber has made great progress. She is now healthy and fighting fit. She is enjoying life, playing and running around with her foster brother Carlos, who has been keeping her company. Amber has started to show her true character. She is now less fearful and is gaining confidence and trust all the time. When you first meet Amber she spends a little time checking you out. She is super curious of your every move and It takes her a little while to pluck up the confidence to come close to you but with gentle encouragement she lets down her guard and welcomes you in with loving paws. She is still can be a bit overwhelmed by walks on her lead, with time and patience, she will continue to build trust and confidence. We believe that with the right person, who has experience and understanding of timid and shy dogs, Amber will be a wonderful companion. Why not come and meet Amber?
