Dog Profile

Bonnie, is a stunning affectionate dog who has been in our care since she was a youngster, rescued from abandonment alongside her brother, Clyde. With a great temperament towards both people and other dogs, Bonnie is a happy, playful girl who still has a puppy-like spirit. She has shown herself to be wonderful with children, particularly with her foster family’s grandchildren. Currently living with a foster family that cares for several of our dogs, Bonnie is house-trained and thrives on attention and love. She enjoys being by your side, whether you’re gardening or relaxing on the sofa, offering kisses and companionship. However, Bonnie does struggle with separation anxiety and can become bored if left alone for too long, leading sometimes to her having a nibble on the odd thing! To help her adjust in her new home, it’s advised to keep her in a crate or secure area at first when leaving her alone. Bonnie would do really well in a home where someone is around a lot of the time and where she has access to a secure outside area to play around in. Despite her loving nature, she has been overlooked for adoption, often overshadowed by smaller dogs or puppies. It’s time for Bonnie to find her forever home with someone who can appreciate her loyalty and affectionate personality. If you’re looking for a loyal and loving furry friend, please consider adopting Bonnie. She has patiently waited for a family to fall in love with her and deserves a happy ending.
